Award-winning author Jon J. Muth will be visiting our school tomorrow, Tuesday, May 13th, at 1:00pm. He will be sharing his experience as a writer and illustrator. His book, Zen Shorts, is a Caldecott Honor book and it was on the New York Times Bestseller list for 41 weeks. His other books incude The Three Questions, Stone Soup, and his newest, Hi Koo! He has illustrated other books such as Come On, Rain!, Gershon's Monster, and Old Turtle and the Broken Truth. He live in upstate New York. A reminder that Tuesday is the last day left to the Scholastic Book Fair held in the Library. Come on in and grab a new book to keep reading during the Read-a-thon!
